We work in partnership with several licensed Merchant Acquirers who handle card transaction processing in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are available to businesses registered in the United Kingdom. By using our platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- You are authorised to represent your business;
- The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use our Services solely for lawful business purposes. You must not:
- Use our platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity;
- Resell, transfer, or duplicate our services without prior written consent;
- Interfere with the security or functionality of our website or systems.
4. Pricing & Fees
- Service fees, transaction charges, and equipment costs will be clearly stated during onboarding or quotation.
- Fees may vary depending on your business type, transaction volume, and payment method.
- Any applicable taxes or surcharges will be added as required by UK law.
- We reserve the right to review and adjust pricing upon prior notice.
5. Merchant Cash Advance (MCA)
Payment Nest may offer Merchant Cash Advance services through partner lenders.
By applying for MCA:
- You agree to provide accurate financial details and business information;
- Approval and funding timelines depend on third-party assessment and eligibility;
- Repayments will be automatically deducted as a percentage of future card sales.
6. Payment Security
We maintain full compliance with PCI DSS standards and work with regulated acquiring banks to ensure safe, encrypted, and verified transactions.
While we take all reasonable precautions, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
7. Device Warranty & Maintenance
- All Payment Nest card machines come with manufacturer warranty terms disclosed during the purchase or rental agreement.
- Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised repair, or neglect is not covered.
- Technical support is available 24/7 via our UK-based helpdesk.
8. Limitation of Liability
Payment Nest shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses (including profit, data, or goodwill);
- Interruptions caused by third-party systems, acquirers, or internet connectivity;
- Delays in settlement due to external banking or processing issues.
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the Services in the preceding 12 months.
9. Cancellation & Termination
- You may cancel your service agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice.
- Payment Nest reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:
- Breach of terms,
- Suspicious activity, or
- Failure to make timely payments.
Upon termination, all outstanding balances and equipment must be settled or returned.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, product designs, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Payment Nest Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any material without written consent.
11. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. All data is handled per our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.
